Tales of Series

Tales of Series Viewing Schedule

There are some tales of series games that I've been wanting to watch and now that I have the time to I plan to watch the following tales of games.

Tales of Graces F

Tales of Vesperia

Tales of the Abyss

Tales of Symphonia

Tales of Xillia

Tales of Xillia

This is game is the very essence of the jrpg genre. The main central characters are great and develop throughout the game and the bond that is created between the main characters is inspiring. I have been for the past few years an avid fan of the Tales of Series, but have yet to own one of the games and with the announcement that Tales of Xillia will be localized for an North American release I can't help but to be ecstatic.

In the beginning, it takes a little while for the game to pick up, but after that the game just takes off and you become enveloped in the Tales of Xillia world and mythology. The OST is great as well with Ayumi Hamasaki singing the main theme song Progress.

You can also choose to go through the game as Jude Mathis and view the story from his perspective or Milla Maxwell and view the story from her perspective. To me at least I think the story makes more sense if you play as Milla first then as Jude.

Shipping

Jumira

As far as shipping goes I ship Jumira (JudexMilla) and this is my OTP of the game. I loved seeing their bond grow throughout the game and I can't wait to see what Tales of Xillia 2 has in store for these two.

On a side note as I was watching this walkthrough online I just felt and could draw multiple Final Fantasy XIII comparisons from this game because some of the scenes in this game were strikingly similar to FFXIII or maybe it's just me...
